Since 1981, AURA has been acquiring land, investing in property, improving infrastructure while increasing its financial stability through strategic bond financing, land sales and attracting quality businesses.  Through prudent financial investments and mechanisms, AURA remains financially strong.  Below is a history of AURA’s sales and property tax increment generated from each of its urban renewal districts.  The information is obtained within that year’s annual report under Financial Management.
