Arvada Urban Renewal Authority’s board of commissioners thanks City Council, City staff and Trammell Crow for working together to make modifications to the Olde Town Residences project to ensure approval of the PDP. AURA believes that the resubmitted plan follows the intent of the Arvada Transit Station Framework Plan and the many years of public meetings and community input on how best to develop this parcel for the greatest benefit of the entire City of Arvada. AURA appreciates the public process that has helped shape the future of this property and will continue to engage the community as development proceeds.

In addition, the Olde Town Residences will make an important contribution to Arvada’s future, transforming a blighted parcel into a tax-generating asset for the entire City. The project will include public amenities such as sidewalks, landscaping and streetscapes linking New Town with Olde Town, while completing our City’s planned vision for its transit stations.
