Shops at Olde Town Station

The Shops at Olde Town Station recreated an underutilized parking lot south of Olde Town.

The Shops at Olde Town Station are part of a larger mixed-use, transit-oriented development that includes The Russell apartments directly north, and the Marriott Residence Inn. The development is conveniently located within walking distance of the G Line commuter rail and Olde Town.

The redevelopment of an RTD Park-n-Ride was complicated by a construction easement. There is a 6-foot wide storm line running diagonally through the property. The site’s developer, Trammel Crow Company (TCC) used a creative design allowing for patio space at the Northeast corner of the property to overcome the challenge.

The new shops were leased by both local and national chains including  Snooze, Everbowl, Smashburger, Parry’s Pizza, and Cava.

The entire community benefits from this new development through a more accessible and interconnected neighborhood, improved sidewalks, and other improvements.
