Conditional Use application for residential development in the Mixed-Use Urban zone district. The proposed development consists of 27 townhome units in three buildings; 185 multifamily units in two buildings; and approximately 5,500 square feet of commercial space in two buildings arranged around a plaza that can accommodate food trucks and other pop-up commercial activities. The townhomes will be two or three stories in height and the multifamily buildings are three stories above a garden level parking podium.
