AURA paved the way for Arvada’s new hotel.

On April 27, 2017 the $22.6 million Hilton Garden Inn located at 5445 Olde Wadsworth Blvd., officially held its grand opening. Arvada’s first hotel located in the heart of Olde Town and features a 139-room and 2,500 square feet of meeting space. It’s walking distance to dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, brew pubs and unique shopping.
To commemorate the grand opening celebration, speakers included: Fred Jacobsen, Arvada Urban Renewal Authority (AURA) Chairman, City of Arvada Mayor Marc Williams, Kevin Brinkman of Brinkman Partners, and Scott Somerville and Jim Burkett of Renascent Hospitality. Attendees included Arvada City Council, City of Arvada staff, AURA staff, members of Arvada Hotel Investors, Arvada citizens and many more. It was a great turnout!
