In 2011, AURA teamed with Peregrine Group and Embry Partners to construct this 380-unit multi-family project as Phase 2 of the Arvada Ridge development. This $55 million transit-oriented development is conveniently located next to the new Arvada Ridge rail station and Arvada Ridge Market Place. This multi-family development includes 382 luxury apartments, pool, clubhouse, and a fitness center.
