AURA purchased the building and in the process of renovating discovered the first school house in Arvada, which was built in 1882, hidden behind a faux façade at 5660 Olde Wadsworth Boulevard.  AURA invested $1,500,000 in the restoration of this Olde Town landmark.  Today it is home to School House Kitchen and Libations.
