The Gateway at Arvada Ridge was the final phase of the Arvada Ridge development which includes the Super Target-anchored shopping center and the Arvada Station Apartments. The Gateway is located on 11 acres north of the Arvada Ridge Gold Line Station.
The development includes five, four-story buildings with tuck-under garages plus three buildings featuring carriage home style units above garages totaling 298 units. It has a unique art park plaza serving as the gateway between the development and the Arvada Ridge Station. To the north of the development and Red Rocks Community College, a public park is underway and is a part of the development agreement. The park will feature the water towers and offer opportunities for fitness and recreation. It is the goal of the City to link the health and wellness program offered at Red Rocks Community College with features within the park furthering student and community education.
In addition to housing, the project also includes a new street connection, Lee Street, linking Kipling Parkway with Red Rocks Community College, Gateway at Arvada Ridge, and Ridge Road.
