Ralston Commons is a mixed-use development at the northwest corner of Ralston Road and Garrison Street. The program includes 5,500 SF of retail, 195 market-rate apartments, and 27 for-sale townhomes. The site design also includes an extension of (58th Place) from the existing portion west of the site to Ralston Central Park, an outdoor plaza supporting the retail, streetscape and planting improvements, and improvements to the riparian edge of Ralston Creek
Ralston Commons Apartments by Loftus Development 2023-2025
Approximately 185 apartments will be built in two, three-story buildings over garden-level parking garages. The project will also improve the southern border of the Ralston Creek with additional public amenities and access.
Ralston Commons Beer Garden by City Street Investors 2023-2024
This unique retail environment centered around a public park will host a beer garden and another to-be-announced retailer.

Challenges and unexpected issues come with any project that includes environmental cleanup, which is the case at Ralston Commons. The 1960s-era shopping center was blighted and accumulated millions of dollars in deferred maintenance while attracting crime.
AURA worked with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to address 30-year-old dry-cleaning contamination on a small portion of the property.
