This 7.55-acre development site is located at the northeast corner of Ralston Road and Independence Street of the Ralston Creek project. Loftus Development constructed four, one-story buildings totaling 31,944 square feet of retail space that was completed in 2017.
This site also includes a pedestrian plaza at the corner and wide sidewalks and streetscape installed along Ralston Road and Independence Street. This streetscape complements the newly installed sidewalks and streetscape along the south side of Ralston Road.
Prior to construction, Loftus mitigated environmental contamination from prior uses and demolished five buildings. Overhead power lines were buried and new sewer, stormwater, and water infrastructure were installed. Additionally, Ralston Road was widened to include turning lanes, and a dedicated bike line was added to Independence Street.
Current tenants include: Corvus Coffee Roasters, Premier Martial Arts, Tropical Smoothie, VIP Nails, Bank of America, Five Guys, Arvada Liquor, Wing Stop, Comfort Dental, Tokyo Joe’s, MOD Pizza, and Lady Jane’s.
