(5) Ralston Commons Apartments by Loftus Developments – 2023 – 2026
Approximately 200 apartments will be built in two, three-story buildings over garden-level parking garages. The project will also improve the southern border of Ralston Creek with additional public amenities and access.

The Arvada Beer Garden will offer a family-friendly atmosphere that feels more like a park than a restaurant. It will fit in perfectly with Ralston Central Park across Garrison St. and the Ralston Creek trail to the north.
