Living Near the Foothills…Opening soon this new year, Ralston Creek North is a 14 acre site planned for redevelopment in two phases: Phase I – The Shops at Ralston Creek is four retail buildings totaling 30,000 square feet. The commercial tenants will open their door within the first quarter of 2018. Phase II – This site will include multi-family residential.
